And undoubtedly, once of the most bad-ass women in fitness is going to show you exactly what goes into building her incredible body and butt!

In the video below, Paige is going to take you through a complete workout targetting her booty. 

 

What are 3 things you noticed Paige doing? 

  • Squeeze throughout each rep and pause at the top for 1-2 seconds and squeeze!
  • Keep constant tension, but you don't need to go all the way down. 
  • 3 sets of 15-20 reps. Keep this up twice weekly and you'll be amazed how fast you see results!
