What are 3 things you noticed Paige doing?Β
- Squeeze throughout each rep and pause at the top for 1-2 seconds and squeeze!
- Keep constant tension, but you don't need to go all the way down.Β
- 3 sets of 15-20 reps. Keep this up twice weekly and you'll be amazed how fast you see results!
