SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFO

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12:30 pm CT will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am CT on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once processed and dispatched, the following time scales will apply under normal circumstances. Please note we cannot be held responsible for conditions that impact the arrival date such as poor weather conditions or postal service delays or otherwise; shipping dates are out of our control once dispatched.

  • US – Standard Shipping: 3-10 Business Days (after dispatch)
  • US – Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days (after dispatch)
  • International – 7-30 Business Days (after dispatch) depending upon country of destination.

How can I track my order?

Got a GWL account?

Easy! Simply login, check out your most recent order & take a look at the fulfilment status. If the order has been fulfilled, click the order info & you'll find your tracking info there.

Don't have a GWL account yet?

No sweat! As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email (and/or SMS) with shipping details. From there, you can track your order.

Please note that tracking links can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update and work after dispatch so don't panic!

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

GWL cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES GWL ACCEPT?

All our orders and your payments are handled by Shopify Payments or PayPal via the Shopify platform. Shopify uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

How do i use a gift card?

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

You can purchase a Gift Card via this page on the GWL website. Gift Cards are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Gift Card code which can be printed or forwarded via email.

 

How do I access my GWL Gift Card?

Simply enter the Gift Card code on the checkout page and the amount will be deducted off of your order total. If you bought the Gift Card for somebody else to use, not a problem! Just forward the Gift Card to them and they can use it whenever they like.


How long is my Gift Card valid for?

Our gift cards have no expiry dates!


Do I have to use the full amount in one order?

No you don't. The amount you spend will simply be deducted from your Gift Card credit. You can then use the same Gift Card code on a new order you place with us.

 

Can I use a Gift Card during an Outlet/Sale?

Yes!

 

Can I use a Gift Card & make a card payment on the same order?

Yes, you can. Please note that when returning part of the order the refund will go to the Gift Card first.


I placed an order using my Gift Card & now want to return the items

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Your Gift Card will be refunded first & you can then use the original code for future orders!

Orders paid using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used, which will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

 

Can I buy a Gift Card for my friend?

If you're purchasing a Gift Card for someone else, please place the order using your details (name, & email address) and forward the Gift Card to them. Alternatively, you can print off the code and give it to them this way.  

*Please note, Gift Cards can only be applied to GWL Fitness items, this will not include shipping.

PRODUCT & STOCK

Can I change my order?

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method
  • Cancelling the order

Of course, you can always return the gear for a refund as long as the return policy is adhered to.

*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.

When will you be restocking?

We can't always give a heads up about product restocks as it's always subject to change. To be the first to find out restock dates, keep a close eye on our social media, sign-up to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage and join our Text Message VIP Club.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have up to 14 days to simply return your order with your item(s) and we will issue you a refund (less shipping costs) back to your mode of payment.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Girls Who Lift is not responsible for any lost/missing returns.

You are always welcome to exchange your return for a different size subject to availability.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odors or hair particles. Please include your order number with your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to process returns and exchanges.

 

International Orders
International orders can only be returned for a refund (less shipping costs). International customers may be assessed a tariff, duty, sales tax or other fees charged by the country they reside in and is solely the obligation of the customer. The shipping cost charged by Girls Who Lift Fitness only covers the actual cost to ship the order. Any packages refused by customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
 
For non U.S. customers, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can reorder on our website the desired size or color. Your return will be refunded for the cost of the gear less shipping costs.
 

How do I make an exchange?

If you'd like to make a return, simply mail your items back to us with a written indication included in the shipment informing us of your intentions and the size of color you wanted. Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the style purchased.

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow 5-10 business days to process returns and exchanges once received.
 
Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.

 

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
